Perchel i Timrob. Czy sztuczna inteligencja jest gotowa na przyjaźń z człowiekiem?

Can we imagine that dialogues will arise between humans and artificial intelligence? What might they talk about? In the remarkable and informative stories presented in the book, there are two heroes: Perchel — the first person on Earth to become... an inventor and a scientist, and Timrob — the first simple device that later evolved into an intelligent robot. Different in essence, Perchel and Timrob found a common language. They passionately interrupt each other as they talk about how and why familiar items emerged — vacuum cleaners, televisions, and how humans, throughout their long history of development, have journeyed from creating the simplest devices to the most complex ones, such as cars, airplanes, and smart robots. What could be common between an ordinary barrel and a refrigerator, an abacus and a computer, a shepherd’s staff and a clock, a pigeon and a robot? Perchel and Timrob know the answers to all these questions.
