According to Helena Petrovna Blavatsky, the second book of "The Unveiled Isis" is written for "those whose faith in their respective churches is pure and sincere, as well as those whose sinless life is a glorious example of that prophet... from Nazareth, through whom the spirit of truth spoke loudly to humanity." The first seven chapters primarily contain a fairly detailed and original study of early Christianity over the first five centuries, while the eighth chapter describes the history of esoteric movements up to Blavatsky's time. The following three chapters tell about the Vedas and the Bible, the myth of the devil, the results of comparing Buddhism and Christianity, while the twelfth chapter serves as a general conclusion of both books. In conclusion, Helena Petrovna writes: "Our fervent desire was to show the true souls how they can lift the veil and in the radiance of that Night, which has become Day, gaze with an unblinded gaze at the UNVEILED TRUTH."
